I decided to try on an old shirt and take some selfies so here *throws these at u*
- The resentment that begins to build up and damage your relationship with your parents because your missing out on being a kid.
- The self destructive tendencies that develop when you get your freedom.
- Extreme Behaviour that can be dangerous because you feel as if you have to catch up on all the life you have been missing.
- A constant sadness that your never going to live life enough.
- Developing anxiety over doing things as simple as riding the bus.
- Massive issues with authority.
- Fear of commitment because you feel as though it is going to tie you down and take away from your freedom again.
etc…

You don’t trust people or public spaces because anyone could be a predator
You can’t talk to your parents about anything because they take honest topics and turn it into a discussion about what you shouldn’t be doing with your life
You can’t do basic tasks or take initiative because you’re so used to someone telling you how and where to do everything that any and everything fills you with anxiety and stress.You develop paranoia centering around your phone/laptop/computer because they checked them
.You can never ask for help because you think it’s weak
.Passive aggression becomes second nature to you because that’s what you grew up hearing
.You have no idea what your personality is because you’re so used to having to fit it to how your parens want you to be
.You hide everything and have secrets that could destroy everything- You hide relationships because you don’t want your parents to get involved because if they knew, they would and that would be bad
- You apologize for things that aren’t your fault without thinking
- You engage in behaviors that are self destructive and enjoy them because it gives you a sense that SOMETHING is real
- You aren’t sure how to deal with emotions because no taught you how to deal with them and as a result you tend to dissociate
- You hide things behind electrical sockets and on top of your door frame because you know your parents will go through your room when your not home.
-You stop keeping a journal because you know its not private.
- Every small act of rebellion is exhilarating but fills you with immense guilt.
- You develop a distrust of not only authority but all adults.
- You hide EVERYTHING real about yourself because you never know what will set them off.
